Terms and Conditions/Privacy Policy

Any use by you of the website operated by China City Group, chinacitygroup.com (the site) is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and Conditions, including Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice and at our discretion. It is your responsibility periodically to review this page for update to these terms and Conditions, which shall come into effect once posted. Your continued use of the Site will be deemed acceptance of these terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy.

Karaoke and VIP function Rooms

Karaoke and VIP rooms are available in 4 hourly slots. If you are late you will still need to vacate at the designated end time. £50 deposit is required to secure your room booking. This is refundable if you cancel within 48 hours. A compulsory 15% service charge on all room bookings.

Corporate/Special Party Packages

We cater for all special functions at both restaurant branches. Please send your details to us using the Contact Form or email us at reservation@chinacitygroup.com. Remember to include the number of people, the branch you would like to have your event at, the purpose of the event and any other special requests so we can check for availability. Our staff will be more than happy to work with you to produce the perfect tailor-made package.

Cancellation Policy

We would kindly ask you to notify us by telephone or email if you wish to cancel a reservation for any reason. For bookings of 8 or more people and private rooms, at least 48 hours notice is required for cancellations. Your deposit will for forfeited if you fail to give the correct notice or decide not to show up.

If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your booking time and fail to contact us, China City reserves the right to give your table or room to someone else.
